The 大学教务处 oversees the scheduling of all classrooms on the newbb电子平台 雅典 Campus for newbb电子平台 activities (including classes and noncredit activities by university departments, 教师, 工作人员, 和学生组织).

To reserve a classroom through the 注册商's Office, you must agree to the 使用条款.


newbb电子平台的活动服务 oversees the reservation of space in Baker University Center and several other special event spaces at the university. 事件服务 also is responsible for reserving space on behalf of individuals 不 directly affiliated with newbb电子平台. 请访问 事件服务 website 了解更多信息 about spaces available.

另外, 一些小会议室, 会议室, 研讨会的房间, or laboratories are scheduled by individual departments.

注意: Student organizations can begin requesting rooms on the above dates, 然而, the requests will 不 be approved until the week before the term begins.

注意: Room requests during finals week for 教师/工作人员 need to be requested by 电子邮件 to scheduling@俄亥俄州.edu. Student organizations needing rooms during finals week need to request the room in person at Chubb Hall, 115房间.

Exterior building doors will be unlocked prior to the scheduled event. The event permit holder is responsible for obtaining an interior classroom door key prior to the scheduled event. 教师/工作人员 can obtain a classroom key from their departmental key contact.

How To Reserve Classrooms for 教员/员工

To reserve a classroom, submit a request online at 阿斯特拉.俄亥俄州.edu, by choosing the "Request an Event" link in the center of the page and use the University Department Room Request Form. You will be 不ified via 电子邮件 once your room reservation is confirmed or if additional information is required. 有关详细信息,请查看 订房须知.

Same day requests, next day requests made after 4:30 p.m., and weekend requests made after 4:30 p.m. 五月星期五 在线提交. To make this type of reservation, please call 740.593.4188,周一至周五,上午8:00.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Reservations needed during finals week may be made by 电子邮件 课堂安排.

How To Reserve Classrooms for 学生组织


Classrooms may be reserved only by student organizations that are officially registered with newbb电子平台's Campus Involvement Center. To reserve a classroom, submit a request online at 阿斯特拉.俄亥俄州.edu, by choosing the "Request an Event" link in the center of the page and use the Student Organization Room Request Form. You will be 不ified via 电子邮件 once your room reservation is confirmed or additional information is required; and the president of the organization will also be 不ified. 有关详细信息,请查看 订房须知.

Student organizations may request classroom space in advance of the semester starting, 然而, requests will 不 be reviewed and confirmed until the week prior to the start of the semester. Please 不e, the room you request may 不 be available (i.e., 学术部有房间, or an organization has requested a classroom ahead of your request). In this case, a classroom will be assigned that is comparable to what was requested. Once a semester has started, room requests for that semester will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
